enjoy our products. We operate this website in line with the codes

- We will give a refund or send a replacement, without
question, for any item which is undelivered or found to be defective
or unable to perform the task for which it was intended. The
cost of returning the faulty item to Mouseloft will be refunded.

- Unwanted goods may be returned within 7 working days
of receipt. If we receive the goods undamaged within that time
period we will refund the price paid for the item but we will
not refund the cost of returning the item.
- If any part of an item is missing or short (such as
threads in a kit) we will send a replacement part. Please contact
us.
- All prices quoted on this site include VAT at (unless stated), rounded down to the nearest penny.
- We will publish up to date stock information as far
as possible, although very occasionally demand outstrips our
anticipation.
- Delivery is usually within 7 to 14 days for all small
orders (less than 20 items) but always within 30 days.
- Delivery overseas may take longer.
Terms and Conditions: All delivered goods remain the property of Helen Hart t/as Mouseloft until full payment has been received. Mouseloft reserves the right to charge interest for late payments at a rate of 1% per day for the first seven days and 0.1% per day thereafter. Unpaid cheques will incur an administration charge of £20. Any pre-paid order will be cancelled upon the first return of an unpaid cheque. Mouseloft reserves the right to charge a fee appropriate to the work involved for cancelled orders. All intellectual property rights remain unaffected by the purchase of goods from Mouseloft.

delivery time is going to exceed the customer's request.
- Wholesale orders (over 400 items) may take between
2 weeks and 6 weeks depending upon the size of the order and
any special requirements.
- Delivery overseas may take longer under certain circumstances.
